He is a highly trained H.R. professional with over 35 years of experience both within corporations (Steinberg, Papier Rolland and Via Rail) and as an outside consultant (Price Waterhouse-Coopers, Samson Bélair/Deloite Touche, le Groupe Ranger and Drake Beam Morin).
