Executive Coaching Program

Responding to a need for mentoring, our one-on-one coaching program is designed to help executives and managers identify, assess and improve their management skills. The aim is to help executives and managers achieve their full potential.

Of special interest to young executives, this program will help provide the perspective needed for the strategic planning and actions required to meet the demands of a high-level position.

Step-by-step approach

1. Evaluation/Assessment
Participants begin by identifying their needs, goals and expectations of the executive coaching program.

This initial assessment is renewed on an ongoing basis and covers the following key aspects of the executive’s functions:

Managing the business/department

  • Mission, vision, main goals and success factors
  • Management strategies
  • Decision-making process
  • Communication strategies: internal and external
  • Governance

Managing relations

  • Skills and attitudes for building a winning team
  • Effective work organization and delegation

2. Gearing up for success
As with any development process, results vary with each participant’s level of involvement. Participants have access to our entire team of consultants at any time. Experience has proven that regularly scheduled meetings (e.g. weekly, bi-monthly) promote continuity. Telephone conferencing can also be incorporated into the program, as required.

In keeping with our personal approach, the agenda is partly driven by the context, ongoing business and specific goals of each executive. Participants are given assignments (e.g. activity log), between meetings, to be reviewed with the consultant.

Our personalized coaching program is practical and flexible in nature, providing an independent environment where a maximum level of confidence and trust ensures confidentiality.
